To surprise guests every day, we served a 'daily special'. Every day a different special dish. On the first day, we served so-called 'food cocktails'. Luxury amuses, refined in golden coupes. On the second day, our chefs flambéed pasta in a hollowed-out Parmesan, live from a food station. This gives a special, specific flavour to the pasta and also looks spectacular. Therefore, the Pasta di verdure con Parmigiano was very popular. On the third day, the daily special consisted of various Asian street food bites and on the last day, the guests were surprised with colourful food bowls presented with edible flowers.
There was also daily food entertainment. On the first day, for example, guests were treated to hammered chocolate. The chocolate was broken with a hammer in front of the guests. Also, the crème brûlée was burnt à la minute by our chefs and from a stylish jewellery box, presented by our beautiful ladies, guests received a deliciously sweet edible ring.
